  • I won't dictate what you should or shouldn't do. I believe in your innate ability to tap into your inner resources and discern what's best for you. My aim is to guide you towards solutions you genuinely want to implement.
  • No lectures here. My approach is rooted in attentive listening, free from judgment. I'll reflect on what I hear and help you crystallize your innermost thoughts.
  • You hold the reins to your happiness. You'll decide your actions and take responsibility for their execution. Don't fret; being accountable will fuel your motivation. If setbacks occur, we'll analyze them together and strategize for better outcomes.
  • Vulnerability is welcome. There's no expectation for how you should behave. Just be yourself.
  • If managing time is a concern or if you worry about forgetting appointments, let's address it openly. Transparency fosters a safe space, and together we'll devise strategies to honor your commitments.

What to Expect from Your Introductory Coaching Session

To build a strong foundation for our coaching journey, we’ll start with an Introductory Coaching Session. This initial meeting is designed to help us get to know each other, set expectations, and establish a clear understanding of the coaching process.

During this one-hour complimentary session, I will:

  • Explain what coaching is and isn't
  • Outline my role and responsibilities, as well as yours
  • Describe my coaching methods

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Share your current situation and the results you want to achieve
  • Express your needs and expectations for a comfortable and productive coaching relationship
  • Discuss the duration, frequency, timing, and financial investment needed to reach your goals

Discussion Topics in the Introductory Session:

Common coaching topics include:

  • Career-related: Seeking promotion, changing jobs, starting or developing a business, reflecting on management/leadership styles or issues
  • Personal: Building self-confidence, developing a growth mindset, setting and achieving goals, aligning life with values
  • Relational: Improving communication, identifying and changing unproductive patterns

If your coaching topic is not listed, feel free to propose it, and we will determine if it fits within the coaching framework.

 

After the Introductory Session:

Following our first meeting, you will have the opportunity to reflect and decide if you would like to continue with coaching. This session is crucial for establishing the groundwork for a successful partnership. You will:

  • Define your expectations and goals
  • Clarify your needs for a successful coaching process
  • Determine if we are a good match (with a 7-day reflection period, no rush, no pressure)

Price:

There is no fee for this session.

Cancellation Policy:

Please inform me if you need to reschedule or cancel. Unexpected events happen, but both of our time is precious. I appreciate a cancellation message rather than a no-show.

Ready to take the first step?

Based on this initial discussion, you can decide afterward if you want to proceed. You will have one week to reflect and inform me of your decision, and I will also reflect on our exchange. If you choose to continue, you will send me your coaching objectives and criteria for success through a provided link. I may suggest adjustments if needed. Once we reach an agreement, I will send you a contract outlining all the points we have covered.

 

Neurodiverse Coaching: How I work with you

If you are neurodivergent, we will address your cognitive skills and strengths, along with compensation strategies and current challenges in areas such as:

  • Memory
  • Concentration
  • Time management
  • Organization
  • Planning and prioritizing
  • Direction and orientation
  • Learning style and approach
  • Creativity
  • Visual thinking and planning
  • Literacy and numeracy

Additionally, we will cover emotional resilience and management, including:

  • Handling strong emotions (yours and others')
  • Setting boundaries and limits
  • Dealing with conflict and confusion
  • Navigating relationships and social expectations

We will also explore your behavioral patterns, including:

  • Understanding your life rhythm in areas you want to focus on (family, personal, career)
  • Circadian rhythm
  • Communication frequency and style
  • Strategies for supporting your well-being

"Transformational coaching (6 sessions)"

We will discuss your goals to ensure they align with the coaching framework. Based on our conversation, I may suggest activities or exercises to help me better understand your situation.

Place

  • Face-to-Face Coaching: If you prefer face-to-face coaching, we will meet at East Kilbride Center, Glasgow, Scotland UK
  • Online Coaching: If you prefer online sessions, we can arrange for that as well.

Time

  • Available Times: My current schedule allows for sessions between 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM or between 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
  • Flexibility: If these times don't work for you, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate your needs by finding an available slot, possibly due to a cancellation or by reserving a spot for you in advance.

Modalities

  • Active Thinking : I understand that some people think better when they are moving. Walking improves our thinking by getting our heart pumping faster, which sends more blood and oxygen to our brain. This boosts memory, attention, and helps form new brain connections. Even Aristotle knew the benefits of walking for thinking, often teaching while walking around! We can even meet in a park to allow for free movement.
  • If online, I encourage you to walk in nature, use a treadmill, or exercise on a bike during our sessions if you feel the need.

Communication Preferences

  • Stress-Free Communication: I understand that phone calls can be very stressful, especially when you don't know the person or the conversation content. You can book a video call at your convenience through my website.
  • Alternative Contact Methods: If you're not technology-friendly, you can contact me via WhatsApp, email, or even SMS to let me know how I can reach you.
  • Online Session Flexibility: During online sessions, if you feel the need to temporarily turn off your video or take a break, that is totally acceptable.

- Recurring payment processed via STRIPE ( only after the Introductory Session and signature of Coaching agreement)

- GBP 70 per session

- 6 sessions (spread over up to 6 months, depending on your needs) Total: GBP 420

- Option for a one-time payment with a 5% discount = GBP 399

Reminder: Cancellation Policies

Please inform me if you need to reschedule or cancel. Unexpected events happen, but both of our time is precious. I appreciate a cancellation message rather than a no-show. Sessions should be canceled via WhatsApp at +447783588127 at least 24 hours prior to the appointment whenever possible. Failure to inform will result in a charged hour.

Disclosure

This transformational coaching booking is reserved for coachees who have signed their coaching agreement and submitted it to Sophie by email. If you wish to book a coaching session but have not yet agreed to a coaching agreement, please contact Sophie for an introductory "Session In".Payment options : 

Reccurent payment only after the "Session In", from STRIPE platform

  • GBP 70 per session, 6 sessions (duration up to 6 months, depending on your needs)
  • TOTAL : GBP 420

We can agree on one payment and you will benefit of 5 % OFF
